To John C. James R. B. Willis, John L. Richardson Thos A. Austin & Bailey Black of Yalobusha County. Greeting Know ye that in confidence of your prudence and Judgment at the November term of the Probate Court of said County you were appointed Commissioners to divide the Negroes of the Estate of George Conly deceased among the heirs of said decedent

You are therefore commanded to meet at the late Residence of said decedent & proceed to divide the Negroes of the estate of said decedent & set apart to the heirs and distributees of said decedent the shares to which they are respectively entitled under the will of the Testator George Conly - according to their rights & interests respectively as indicated in the said will of said Testator and you are required to report under Oath to said Court at a term thereof after your proceedings had & done pursuant to this commission and G. W. Conly Executor of the last will and Testament of said testator is hereby required to deliver to the said heirs & distributees of said decedent their respective shares as set apart to them by said Commissioners & to report his action in the premises.

To the Hon G. Q. Martin Judge of the Probate Court of Yalobusha County State of Mississippi

The undersigned Your commissioners appointed by Your Honl. Court at the November Term AD 1860 to divide the Negroes of the late George Conly decd. among his heirs according the will of said deceased beg leave to report that in pursuance of said appointment & the commissions hereto attached met at the late residence of said testator in said County & proceeded to allot & set apart to the heirs the shares as more particularly specified & set forth in Exhibit A hereto attached & made part hereof. And to equalize said shares they hereby award & order that Lot No 7 as drawn by John Conly do pay to Lot No 6, as drawn by Middleton Conly the sum of one hundred Dollars & thus Lot No 7 or John Conly do pay to Mrs. A. E. Allen the sum of fifty Dollars & to A. M. Z.. Hankins, S. C. Hankins & S. W. Hankins each the sum of $16.66 2/3 & that Lot No. 4 or Mrs. M. E. Clark, do pay to Lot No 3, or G. W. Conly the sum of fifty Dollars.

Your commissions further reports that lot no 2, was divided among A. M. Jr. Hankins, S. C. Hankins & S. W. Hankins as will fully appears by said Exhibit A, & to equalize the Shares of Hankins distributees they do award & order that A. M. Z. Hankins do pay to Samuel W. Hankins the sum of $283 331/3/100 [thirty-three and one-third over one hundred] & thus S. C. Hankins do pay to said Saml W. Hankins the sum of $333.33 1/3 in all of which your commissions have acted to the best of their ability & having reported fully &c,
