INVENTORY of SALE FEB THE 22ND 1826 of the estate of Rebecca Mastin Decd.
Buyers are: Hadly C. Howard, H. C. Howard, George Shackleford, Thomas Mastin, William Mastin, Edward Bell, Thomas Loftin, John Buck, David Finley, Thomas Poland?, William Shepherd, William __?__, James Sharp, Jesse Bozman, William Cook, James Barber, ? Monk, Anderson Hatley, with notes on Jacob G. McWhorter. Hadley C. Howard, Thomas Mastin, and William Mastin purchase the bulk of the estate.
Total sale amount is $1048.43 ¾.

Orphans Court Bk 4, p 62. Tuesday Morning February 25th 1835, final settlement of Rebecca Mastin estate.
Ordered that Thomas Mastin pay William Mastin the sum of four hundred and seventy five dollars and 37 ½ cents, being his portion of said Estate.
Ordered that Thomas Mastin keep four hundred and sixty five Dollars and 37 ½ cents being his portion of said estate.
Ordered that said Administrator as aforesaid pay to Hadley C Howard in right of his wife Mary the sum of five hundred and sixty five Dollars and 37 ½ cents being her portion of said Estate.
Ordered that said Administrator as aforesaid pay to Henry G Howard in right of his wife Magory the sum of four hundred and sixty five dollars and 37 ½ cents, being her portion of said estate. [Note: daughter’s name given as McGairy in family history.]
Ordered that said Administrator as aforesaid pay to Peter B Mastin the sum of four hundred and sixty five dollars and 37 ½ cents, being his portion of said Estate.
Ordered that said Administrator as aforesaid pay to Haman [Harmon?] B Howard in right of his wife Lucy the sum of four hundred and sixty five dollars and 37 ½ cents, being her portion of said Estate. [Note: daughter’s name given as Sarah in family history.]
Ordered that said Administrator as aforesaid pay over to the representatives of John Mastin when known, the sum of four hundred and sixty five Dollars and 37 ½ cents, being his portion of said estate.
Ordered that said Administrator as aforesaid pay over to the representatives of Charlotte Mastin when known, the sum of four hundred and sixty five Dollars and 37 ½ cents, being her portion of said estate.
[Note that Charlotte Mastin, who married Joseph Jackson Edwards, and her brother John Mastin both moved to Mississippi. Charlotte to Yalobusha/Calhoun County, and John to Noxubee Co.]
Ordered by the Court that the receipts of the several heirs which have been given to said Administrator acknowledging full satisfaction of some of the above estate demands be recorded.
