CAPTAIN GABRIEL MASTIN'S COMPANY, 2ND WEST TENNESSEE MILITIA
This company was first under Colonel Alexander Loury (Lowry) and then Lieutenant Colonel Leroy Hammonds.
The below Muster Rolls are transcribed from the microfilm copy in the Tennessee State Archives by James A. Strain, copyright 2007. Some names are quite difficult to read, so there may be errors. I’ve cross referenced them to online indexes with probable spellings, in order to be as accurate as possible. There is also a Pay Roll showing amounts paid and dates of service, but I haven't included that information.
Muster Roll of a Company of Militia Infantry under the command of Captain Gabriel Mastin in the Service of the United States, Commanded by Colo Alexander Loury from the 20th September 1814 when mustered into service, to 20th March 1815.
