I Mary Strain of Abbeville District in the State of South Carolina being sick & weak in body but of sound Mind & memory & Calling to mind my mortallity do Make this my last will & testament Fist I recommend my soul to god who gave it & my body to be buried at the discretion of my Executor - & as to my Estate I dispose of as followeth viz I bequeath to my three oldest Children all my real & personal Estate after my just debts are paid my land & all my personal Estate to be sold & divided between my three adult Children provided my brother James takes my son James & promises to gave him as much as Comes to the share of one of the oldest Children & my father promises to gave my younger son Matthew H Strain the same provided he will Come & live with him till he Comes of age If my Father or brother does not Comply with my will I allow my whole Estate to be Equally divided ammongt the whole of them I Leave my brother Hugh Wilson Executer of this my Last Will & Testament
